Setup new printer TR7000, which is not on product list so used TR7020 setup. Connected to my network, set as default printer and said printer was ready to print . Tried to print a page and it just sat in the printer list awaiting to be printed. Printer showed as online. Need a little help.

Hello!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information.

What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
Do you see any error messages?
Which Computer Operating System are you using (Windows 7/8/10/11 or macOS 10/11/12)?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?

Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

Hi, paulp603!

To follow up on Stephen's questions, we also need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  The designation "TR7000" refers to a family of printers that's available worldwide with different model numbers corresponding to different parts of the world.  For example, if you bought this printer in North America, it's probably labeled as the PIXMA TR7020, and if you bought it in Europe, it's probably the PIXMA TR7050.  You'll find the model number near the bottom right corner of the front of the unit.
