Hi guys,
I just got my Canon PIXMA TR4520. It is wired to my iMac, but when I try to print, the computer does not recognize that the printer is connected. Can someone please assist? I can't seem to find a solution anywhere!
Thanks,,
Jackie

Greetings,
In order for us to help we need more informstion.
What version of MAC OS are you using?
Connect via USB, ok got it
Whar drivers did you install?
What does the printer look like in Apple Menu > System Preferences > Printer and Scanners. Ready, Idle, offline, etc?
What troubleshooting steps have you performed?

HI,
I have same issue. The PIXMA TR4520 printer is connected to Mac mini via USB. It said "The printer is not responding" or "Off line".
