Hi,
I've tried installing the printer driver v1.1 as I have windows 10. When I try to detect the printer wirelessly no printer is shown under the "Automatic detection of the network printers" step so I cannot complete the installation.
A previous thread said that turning off the anti-virus/firewall worked, but it didn't for me when I tried this.
Both laptop and Selphy are connected to the same netork. I can print from my phone wirelessly with no issue.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks, Michelle
