Hi  Please help my new Selphy CP810 everything installed correctly when printing paper comes out blank nothing printed.

I have done all the cleaning, etc. I was supposed to do and still will not print documents.  It will print the Canon sample patters, which all look fine, but will not print documents.  Have Windows 10.
