I cannot scan using my G6020 printer. I get communication error even when Bitdefender firewall is turned off. Code is 2, 157,50. How do I find out what is preventing return of scan to my computer?

Hi ronsky629,
The 2,157,50 error appears when communication is blocked, typically by security software. There may be other settings in the Bitdefender software that are causing this. It is recommended that they are contacted for further support:
Bitdefender > Consumer Support > Contact Support
