Replacement Suggestions for PIXMA MG7700

RIP MG7700

I've owned this printer since 2015. It's finally dead. Not printing anything. Bought new cartridges, did all the maintence cleaning, nozzles etc and it just prints blank paper. I see people selling them for close to $1000 which should be illegal.

What is Canons' equivalent to the MG7700 printer that is currently available? I do not want ink tanks. Thank you.
