PIXMA G7020 clogged ink lines

The ink lines on my PIXMA G7020 appear to be clogged.  I try an ink flush and the ink well on the black never goes down.  It also looks like the ink line is not filled with ink.  Some of the color ink lines are not filled with ink either.

Is there a way to get ink flowing through the lines again.

I has seen that post and had already tried all that multiple times.  It did not resolve my issue.
