I registered my CANON PIXMA TS9120 printer years ago, when I bought it. The registration seems to have gotten lost. Canon will not accept my login. I have been trying to re-register the printer, and the system is not permitting me to do so. And I cannot get in touch with a human, as I need to be registered. Frustrating Catch-22!!!! Can anyone help?

Thanks for joining the conversation, Maddalen! If you haven't already done so, we recommend resetting your MyCanon account password. Just click HERE and then hit the "Forgot your password?" link. When you do that, please make sure to enter the email address you originally registered under so our system can find you.
