I have your printer PIXMA MG5320. It says that the ink reservoir is full and has stopped working. What do I do now?

If you are getting a message showing the waste ink absorber is full, it would mean the printer needs service. In this situation you can use the link HERE to check your MyCanon account to see what service options are available.

Outside of the 1 year warranty, you can contact our sales department at 1-800-385-2155 to use our Upgrade Program. The Upgrade program will give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer.
