Hello, I have a G7020 printer. The ink is full, and it is not printing. It will start printing, but it does not print the entire page. Then the screen gets stuck, saying, "Please wait momentarily." I have turned off/on the printer and tried printing from my iPhone and MacBook. Nothing seems to work. If I try to print something else, I get a message saying, "Printing has stopped. Would you like to continue?" I click on "Yes," and nothing happens. I've done a nozzle check and works. The colors are a little light. I've done a clean and get an error message saying support code 5200, printer error occurred. I try to get out of the screen but it won't allow me to, so I turn it off and restart. I did a deep cleaning and it works. What else can I do?

Hi ATXRunner,
To clear the 5200 error and to resolve the printing issue you are experiencing, please perform an ink flush.
You can use these steps to do so:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G7020 one time.
2. Press the right arrow 4 times to select Maintenance and press OK.
3. Press the right arrow 7 times to select Ink Flush and press OK.
4. Press OK on All Colors.
5. Press OK again.
6. Use the left arrow to select Yes and press OK.
7. Use the left arrow again to select Yes and press OK.
The ink flush will commence and will take about 8 minutes to complete.
