Printer not turning ON- PIXMA TR4520

Hello,

I have own the printer for 2 years exactly today and this morning my printer decide to not turn On. I checked the cable, the power outlet and everything seems to be working. 
I was reading online that CANNON have an expiration for their printer to stop working after two years ? 
If someone has this issue and was able to get it working please advise.
