Printer error on PIXMA G3270 ...82208-- what do I do?

I usually keep my printer off. When I'm ready to print, I press the power button twice to turn it on.

Today I tried several times to print a label, an operation I have done many times before, but I got a generic printer error in the spooler message box.

I installed a new router and changed my home LAN addressing since the last time I printed, so I feel sure this is the cause. Too bad the printer doesn't tell me, at least, that it's a network problem!

Anyway, I pressed the Easy Connect button under the link symbol on the control panel, and got the correct screen response.

But on my computer, I was asked to download an app and follow its instructions. I downloaded the app, but there are no instructions, just lots of different buttons. There are no buttons to correct a network problem!

I tried clicking Add Printer, but this doesn't seem to be correct. I tried Customize, but this doesn't seem correct.

Can someone please help me? My nonprofit charity depends on printing labels. I'll post here if I get the problem fixed.

Environment: I'm using Windows 11 and Chrome, latest stable versions. The printer is Canon Pixma G3270. That's all I know.

I used the control panel menu to select printing network status, and learned that the printer had automatically set itself up correctly and had a good IP address.

Next, I happened to restart my computer and was surprised to hear activity from the printer. It turns out it was printing the original mailing label that was still in the queue.

So, after some frustration, I finally somehow got it working myself. I hope someone else learns that restarting computer and printer can sometimes fix a problem. I keep forgetting that basic piece of advice.

I'm hurting my neck trying to see the tiny control panel. I've successfully enabled Easy Connect, but it says to follow the instructions on my computer, and there are NO instructions on my computer, and no downloaded file.

The full name of my printer seems to be "Canon MegaTank PIXMA G3272 Wireless All-in-One printer".

I just want the printer to use DHCP to set its IP address automatically, but somehow I have to tell the printer that the default address is 192.168.0.1 . I think I may have set it to 192.168.2.1 when I installed the previous wireless modem.
