When i purchased that printer, i was completely dissatisfied whit the quality of the color prints, the colors where completely light and faded. I tried taking it back to the store and the employees there told me that this was the best color print quality that that canon printer had to offer. I then searched videos and saw that other MG3550 printers had very good colors, and i thought that when i'll change the ink cartridges that the quality will improve. It didn't.
But that's not the worst. Now my pc wont print anything. Since i changed the ink cartridges it wouldn't print pdf or from the internet.So i followed a tutorial that said to change the printer port from the printer properties to "print from file". Since the change it won't print ANYTHING, not even images. I changed the port again but nothing happened. So i removed the device, and reinstalled the drivers from the cd but the problem insists. What to do?
