Print Preview is pixelated.

My MP560 has always given clear, accurate previews . Now they are all pixelated. The printouts are ok . This problem exists on both my Win 8 and XP PC'S. They share the same printer. Any ideas?

There may be settings in the specific application you are printing in causing this. Please try printing from a different application or program and verify the results. If this only occurs from one program, there may be a settings causing this issue.
