After 2.5 hours on phone with Canon,we still cannot figure out why the "scan to e-mail" is poor quality versus scan to computer.
We have tried everything:
re-install
change settings
added My Garden software (the worst)
I scan and e-mail Invoices daily. The only way to get readable scans is to scan to a folder then go to that folder and send to e-mail.
If you set up 'Scan to e-mail" in settings, (we did this under custom scan) the scanned image is only 47 KB, were as, the image size in documents is 700+
Canon decided there was something in my computer that was messing things up. Really?
I did not have this problem with MP Navigator, but what do I know?
Can anyone tell me why an e-mail scan is less quality??
