I desparately need to print and consistently am getting the support code 1000 which seems to imply that the printer feels that there is no paper. There is paper in it. I can't contact Canon and I need someone to suggest anything, please. Frustration levels are high.

This error indicates that there is no paper in the Rear Tray.
If the error persists, troubleshooting will be needed. The TS5060 is not a model that is sold here in the United States. If you are outside of the United States, visit www.canon.com to find the website for the Canon contact center in your region.
