Sorry if this is redundant but I posted on another topic and have not heard back.
So I bought the Pixmaix6820 brand new, I went to set it up and the power button just keeps blinking when I power on. There is no response to with the other buttons although the wifi button is lit blue but my computer doesn't see it.
I tried to cancel by holding the cancel/resume button after 15 blinks but nothng happens. I cannot setup while this is happening.
Can anyone help me? Has anyone had any issues with this before?
Do I need to send it in to be looked at? I just bought it.
Any advice is very much appreciated.
