Hello!

I'm at a loss here.

After Cleaning the nozzles, Deep cleaning the nozzles, manual cleaning the printer head, letting the printer head soak, there has been no change to my test prints.

It looks like one nozel isn't firing correctly, going off the PGBK grid.

Does anyone have clue whats going on and if I can correct this? Am I out of luck and should order a new printer head?

I recently purchased an IP8720 and thus far have not experienced this issue. I have however been setting up and supporting printers at work since the mid-90's so in general I've a little bit of experience in troubleshooting them. It sounds like you've tried just about everything but you haven't mentioned replacing any ink cartridges. Were any of them replaced immediately prior to this issue?
