Pixma ip8720 printer issue: Started getting the error 1411 in the middle of printing a page. I checked and the ink was out (250XL). Replaced cartridge with the same type that was in it. Still got the error. Replaced it with a Canon cartridge and still same error.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Powered off, unplugged printer for a few minutes. Plugged back in, powered on, same error.
- Uninstalled printer and reinstalled printer. Same error.
What next?
