I bought mine used on ebay. It was delivered to me on 9/3/2021. I finally got the zink photo paper and was excited to try it out yesterday, 9/18/2021 but it does not print! I loaded the paper correctly (barcode and the canon logos facing down) but it just makes noises and after a few seconds, it says no paper, please check if there is paper loaded. I even tried purposefully putting in the paper wrongly or not using the smart sheet but it doesn't print! It doesn't recognize there is paper loaded.
Someone please help
