Need to know how to remove the cover from the iP8720 printer as I need to check the purge unit area. There is something jammed that I just can't reach without taking off the black piece that covers the sides & back of the printer. I see where there are arrows to indicate where it can be popped off, but these spots don't seem to be enough to loosen it. Any insight is appreciated, thank you!
