color printing is not rendering any colors other than reddish hues. Printer used to print full spectrum of colors looking very similar to originals. Anyone know what could be happening? Is there a fix?
fyi: ink cartidges are full and I have done all the available maintenance options offered on printer including deep cleaning. Also, there are no errors coming up on screen.
thanks

thank you. I thought of it but couldn’t find the option before. I think you can figure out which is which. As you can see even the black comes out red when printing in color.
even when I print silver it has the same hue
thank you very much
