Pixma TS8020 - only prints top and bottom 2 inches of photo

Trying to print photo in landscape orientation, 8x10 on Canon photo paper, (which I do fairly often). Will only print top two inches...and sometimes bottom inch of the photo - even on plain paper. Tried cleaning rollers and print head. what am I missing?

Does this have to do with the defective preview update to Windows 10?  Mine just got a preview update to 21H1:

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎2020-‎05-‎24
OS build 19043.899
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3030.0

But same problem on a TS9100
