Check the Ink Cartridges
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly.
- Remove the cartridges and reinstall them to confirm they are seated properly.
Inspect the Printer Cable
- Verify that the printer cable is not too short. If it is, reposition it to ensure it reaches the left side of the printer where the ink tank is located.
- Make sure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and the power source.
Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 2 minutes.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
