I recently put a new Canon color cartridge into the printer and I'm receiving the 1485 error code. The cartridge is in there correctly. I performed the reset by unplugging the printer and pressing the Start button 5 times. What else can I do to fix this?

Hi Dmer445,
The 1485 error is caused by the printer not detecting the ink cartridge.
Please remove the ink cartridges from your TR4720. Looking at the labels, are you using genuine Canon ink cartridges? If you are using Canon ink cartridges, please make sure they are compatible.
These ink cartridges are compatbile with your PIXMA TR4720:
PG-275 black
CL-276 color
PG-275XL black
CL-276XL color
If you are using compatible ink cartridges, please look at the bottom and make sure that the orange tape has been removed and then reinsert them into your printer.
If the error returns, please use a different ink cartridges.
