My printer will not print any words from my Word document. It will only print the bullet points and the small picture from the document. How can I fix this because I have tried everything from Google to fix this problem?

Hello.

Print a nozzle check pattern from the unit and check to make sure that all of the colors are printing correctly.  If any colors have come out incorrectly, try performing 1-2 deep cleanings to see if this will improve the output.  Visit the following link for details:
