Pixma MX882 in error mode

My Pixma MX882 had been working just fine but now it says it is in error mode and won't print from my windows 10 computer.when I am in Chrome.  I tried reloading the drivers, unplugging it and the computer but nothing helps.  It will print when I am in Word but not when I am online.

Hi SkyValley,

In Chrome, please click the 3 dot button in the upper right corner and then Print.

In the print window, next to "Destination", click the drop down box and click See More.

In the Printers window, select the MX822 and then attempt to print.
