I have a Pixma MX472 that has been going in and out of 5B02 error code for a while. I just replaced my cartridges (color & black) and now it won't print at all. I assume I'm at end of life with the printer, but it would be nice if I could get the two brand new cartridges out of it. The cartridges won't release to the left to enable me to pull them out. Is there a trick to this?
