Hi wbhyde77,
Have you tried using a different USB port on your computer? Do you have a different USB cable that you could try using?

Go to Canon southeast Asia. Download the win10 mx366 driver. Download Canon My Printer. Fix driver with the Diagnose and Repair Printer in Canon My Printer. The printer will print now, even from win11. If you are having problems w the scanning, download the Microsoft App. Now you can scan to all formats, inc. PDF.

The MX360 is an old printer and as such Windows 10 often fails to automatically find it. Download Canon MX360 drivers from Canon website and install manually then add as a printer using 'devices and printers'.

Drivers and software for your printer is located here, make sure it says windows 10 is your operating system, if not choose it in the box on the right side of the screen.
