Pixma MX340 Color

Having a problem when printing. Pixma MX340: My prints are coming out part black and part blue when using either PC Windows 10 or the Android App. I have tried just about everything I have read and think of to fix the problem. Any suggestions that I may not have thought of? Thanks in advance.

Hello.

Try performing a color copy directly from the printer.  Does the same issue occur?
