Pixma MX 420 will not scan on my Apple. Use to. Have OS X Lion 10.7.

I have an Apple with OS X Lion 10.7.  Hooked up to a Pixma MX420.  It worked perfectly up until about a month ago but something went south. Everything but the scanner works. Done everything I know to get it to work again short of a 10 pound hammer. Any suggestions?

Please make sure that the MP Navigator scanning program was installed for the unit.  The program can be downloaded from our website at the following link:
