Pixma MG6220 Missing Data

Here is the story;

I'm thinking this happened after a deep cleaning.

After doing my taxes on the PC I went to print off some copies. (personel records & to mail)

The first set printed fine. The next set however printed out a blank form. The form is perfect. It is just missing all the personnel data including bar codes. Thinking this was a program failure I tried to print a PDF file from an email attachment.

Again, Some of it printed fine other not at all.

Thinking the nozzle might be cloged, I ran the nozzle clean then printed the check page.

To my surprise, the top section of the test page (hoizontal & verticle lines) did not print! Even though the black boxed letters and the colored bars printed perfectly

Any ideas on what to try next?

Thank You!

Pat

Hello!

When the nozzle check is missing any of the bars, we suggest running through one more cleaning, and one or two deep cleanings. If the nozzle check does not improve, the printer may requires service; however, the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our technical support team at http://bit.ly/Phone_Supportfor further assistance. They will let you know if any more options are possible and where to go from there.

Thanks!
