I have had my MG5720 for 4 yrs and about 6 months ago it stopped printing pictures in color. Then the Scanner stopped responding. I reset the printer and reinstalled the software for my windows 10 laptop. I had to use Easy PhotoPrint Editer to print a color photo. Trying to print from other photo viewers it would not work. When using the Scan Utility it would work for one scan but then printer could not be found for the next. All wirelessly . I have a second laptop. It is doing the same thing through that one also. Any help is greatly appriciated.
