Greetings,
We understand this can be frustrating. "Does not connect to our network". Unfortunately this is not enough of a problem description. It doesn't tell us what you've tried, or what happened when you did it?
What steps have you performed?
Result?
Error messages, etc?
Windows / MAC?
Your wi-fi network is?
Is it using SMART Connect (One SSID name) for all networks?
Note: the printer can only connect to a 2.4Ghz broadcast.
Windows:

MAC:

"Followed all the steps" ... you'll have to share these.
IJ Networking Tool set up.. sees the network, doesn't see it?... I get to step X and nothing else happens?
We can try to help, but not without more information from you.
Thanks
~Rick
