My MG3029 has suddenly stopped loading paper properly. The rollers move, it sucks the paper in about halfway, and then it's like the paper gets stuck or the rollers lose their grip and it never gets pulled in all the way, which means I can't print anything.
I've attempted:
1/ cleaning the rollers by pressing the Stop button until the alarm light flashes seven times
2/ cleaning the rollers by hand with a damp paper towel
3/ loading only one sheet of paper
4/ loading a small stack of paper
5/ looking for a jam or obstruction
I don't know what else I can do and Google is being less than helpful. Does this sound like a mechanical issue I'm assuming? Any idea if I can try to fix it myself or should I just chuck it and invest in a new one? (would rather not if I could, the printer isn't even a year old)
Thanks in advance for the help~
