Hi all,

I am trying to install a Pixma MG2524, and when I try to complete the installation I reach the 'Printer Head Allignment Completion' screen, and then the installation consistently times out- after about 10 minutes it starts to say 'printer not detected'. Have tried on multiple PCs with the same issue.

Are there any solutions for this?
