Hello.
Please try the following steps to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Locate the icon for the MP Navigator.
2. Right-click the icon and choose 'Run As Administrator'.
3. When the program opens, attempt to scan.
If this resolves the issue, please perform the following:
1. Right-click the MP Navigator icon and choose 'Properties'.
2. Go to the 'Compatibility' tab.
3. Check the box labeled, 'Run As Administrator', then click 'Apply' and 'OK'.
