Hello! New here...and appreciate all the advice online that I've been combing through.
I have a Pixma MG 5320 that I opened out of the box. (Given as a gift a few years ago for a back up printer)
Worked GREAT!
Then Paper Jammed. Now it's all the time. Checked everywhere, and noticed a black spot of ink on the front facing right side of the machine and the foam under the printerhead unit was saturated with the black ink.
It doesn't seem to be any debris that is causing the problem.
I need a printer to print on various weights of paper (hopefully 80# at the minimum) and also stickers--both matte and glossy.
Staples had their HP guy talk to me via the computer the other night and suggested I go with the HP officejet 9025e or 9015e. I just called Epson and they don't have any solution for glossy printing stickers, unless I buy an additional label only printer.
I've read Canon has really tried to up their game and I don't know what to do or which brand to try, as I think it's much too early for this Canon to give me this much trouble. I know it's older, but I just literally opened it out of the box.
Any advice? TIA Gina
