I just opened this printer yesterday and I installed it last night but nothing has properly connected with the software that I was using with another pixma model (which worked perfectly by the way) everything is up to date and printer status says online but printer queue and other printing applications such as microsoft word say user intervention is required but does not state what type of intervention.
I am going to delete and reinstall the software and hope that it helps but is there anything else I can do?
