Hi mattpark4611,

Please make sure that all of the inks of your PIXMA G7020 are full of ink.

Next, please perform 2 deep cleanings:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G7000%20series/EN/UG/ug-136.html

Once the cleanings are complete, please print a nozzle check:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G7000%20series/EN/UG/ug-133.html

Compare your printout with the example on this page:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G7000%20series/EN/UG/ug-134.html

If your nozzle check is missing colors, please perform an ink flush:

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/G7000%20series/EN/NTR/ntr_h_01.html

Once the ink flush is complete, please perform another nozzle check.

Does your nozzle check now print correctly?

If so, please attempt to print from your computer.
