Hi,
My Pixma G4511 is making badly faded prints, it works fine with Microsoft Word though, which I find odd! I'm quite certain it's the printer that's causing the problem as when I ran a nozzle test the sheet came out just as faded as the images I printed with Photoshop and the Image Garden did. Would anyone be able to help with this problem, or at least point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Kevin

Try cleaning the nozzels with the software and check the ink volume. That's all I can think of.

I tried that and it didn't work, thanks for the suggestion though
