PIXMA G3260 printing a black and white photo in green

Sorry, I didn't finish my question. I printed 2 black and white 8x10 photos on premium glossy photo paper without issues. The third photo started printing black and then halfway through, the black changed to green. I tried again, and that time it started printing in green from the beginning. Does anyone have a clue to the problem?

First thing, make sure you have your color set for Black and White or grayscale, and if it is not, change that, and try another black and white print. Let us know how that turns out. If set for grayscale already then there is a problem that hopefully can be remedied:

Thank you, Derrick, for the quick comeback. As I mentioned, I was in the process of printing 3 B&W photos on glossy photo paper, all from the same Office app, all with the same settings. The first 2 were fine. The third had a band of green instead of black. The fourth was all green. A Windows Test Page on plain paper comes out fine as does the printer's nozzle test sheet.

An update: I tried printing the same image on plain paper and it works. It is black and white. What can cause an issue with glossy photo paper?

Whose Glossy paper is it? Also did you set the paper to Glossy?

It is a Weyerhaeuser Gloss Coated. Yes, I set it for Glossy.

Cheat and set it for matt paper and give that a try.

Thank you again. I will try that. And Happy New Year!
