I'm a nooby here at Canon. Have been printing laserjet printed labels for use in 4 dram vials of alcohol (8.5x11 sheets of heavier white paper cut into small inserted labels). I'm a aquatic stonefly scientist that collects and preserves these aquatic insects. I want to try the G3200 printer filling it with India ink into the black reservoir.
Will this work?
Do I need to fill the 3 color reservoirs with the india ink? Or select black or gray in the windows print dialog?

Hi,
Canon can only recommend using Canon genuine ink and only filling the ink tanks with the correct ink marked for each tank.

Hi,
Were you able to print the labels using Indian ink? I'm looking for the same thing, to make labels for the herpetology collection.
Thanks

What did you want India ink to do that normal ink does not?

The labels we need to print are stored in alcohol or formaldehyde, and India ink is resistant.
