My printer has been working fine since I got it about a month ago. today I went to print and it wouldn't work. I found tha the two cartridges I had that were low on ink were now blinking and had to be replaced. I replaced them (and have double-checked their placement), went to print and the printer wouldn't work. The white power light is on, and the blue light is on. The computer said the printer wasn't found. Figured I had to reload the printer software, went to Canon, downloaded software and have reloaded it about 5 times wirelessly. I do not haave a usb cord for this printer. each time the reload goes all the way thru to the end where it searcvhed for a printer and doesn't find one. Can anyone tell from this info what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, ksjely!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which Canon printer model you're using since we've made two models with the number "6820" in their name, specificially the single-function PIXMA iX6820 and the multifunction PIXMA MG6820. We'll also need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
