Pinkish photos

Just opened and set up my tr8620.  Very first photo comes out very pink.  How do I fix this?  Thanks.

Can you post an example (of the original photo)?

What operating system are you using?  And what software are you using to do the printing?

Hello Jklu,

If your prints are coming out pink, I would suggest printing a nozzle check to make sure all of the colors are getting to the paper properly. You can print the nozzle check using the steps found in the link HERE. If the any of the colors are missing, you can perform a cleaning using steps found at the same link.
