My printer is TR7020a. The little yellow light on the lower right of the display is on and the message display says Support Code 1500, Remove paper jam and press OK. I have looked in all the places I've ever seen paper jams and can find nothing. Nothing I can do will restart my printer. It's a nearly new printer, only a few months old. What should I do?.
