I have a Pixma TR150 that I have really enjoyed having. We recently noticed some paper jamming issues. Upon inspection, we determined there's a slivered foam piece in the printer that seems to be causing the issue (see picture attached). This piece seems so strange and has me wondering if this piece is part of the printer or if it was a protective piece that was supposed to be removed before use. Like I said, we've had this printer for a year and have used without issues, until now.

Greetings,
Its part of the printer. Believe it acts as a buffer between the paper transport and chassis. One or more paper jams could cause it to detach.
