PIXMA ip2820

I have a PIXMA ip2820. When I try to print my documents, my printer does not print the bottom edge of the document. I have tried fit to page, that does not help. I looked today at the print preview and the preview does not show the bottom edge of the document . Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I welcome help and /or suggestions.

Hello.

Does this occur when you print from any program or only with certain programs or documents?  Try printing from a different program to narrow down the cause of the issue.
