PIXMA iX6850 White Border On Prints

Hi,

Whenever I try to print an A4/A3 print I get a large border at the top and bottom of the page. I have the Pixma ix6850 and I am using the Canon app to print, no matter what I do I cannot get rid of that border.

There might be a couple of things affecting your print results.

Portrait or landscape orientation

Resolution or aspect ratio of the photos

Printable area settings

Margin settings

Application you are printing from, etc.

Borderless printing is supported on these papers.

(A3+, A3, A4, LTR, LDR, 25x30cm, 20x25cm, 13x18cm, 10x15cm)
