I hope someone can help! I have a Canon ix-6820 photo printer. Each time I print, I get a line of small black dots along the bottom edge of the paper. I've tried cleaning the rollers and bottom plates but to no avail. I also cleaned the print heads and when I print the nozzle check, it prints clean and clear (with the exception of the line of black dots.) I have brand new full ink cartridges. Any other suggestions?
Thank you!

Do not use water of any kind, denatured alcohol is the best print head and surrounding parts cleaner to use.

fixed it! the solution was one of these:
- changing the ink
- changing the setting to prevent paper abrasions
- realigning the nozzle
not sure which one but i tried all of these and it worked!
